People are being encouraged to share their views on Transforming Tayside plans at an engagement event in Forfar being hosted by NHS Tayside.
Public, patients, carers, relatives and staff are being invited to the public event to discuss and find out more about transformation of health services across Tayside.
The three-year Transforming Tayside 2019-2022 plan sets out key programmes which will deliver important service changes for the people of Tayside and North East Fife.
The Transforming Tayside public event is being held on:
• Saturday, 28 September, 2019, between 10am and 12.30pm at Forfar Community Campus, Kirriemuir Road
The event will focus on a number of topics, including orthopaedic services, stroke care, transport and access and patient experience.
Participants will be given an overview of Transforming Tayside and will then be given the opportunity to find out more and give feedback in small discussion groups.
Professor Peter Stonebridge, Acting Medical Director, said, “I would encourage people to come along to this event and give us their feedback on our plans. We are committed to ensuring that our patients, their families, staff and members of the public are involved and engaged in Transforming Tayside as working with the people who deliver and use our services is key to our success.”
To register your interest in attending the public events or if you require assistance with travel, please contact 0800 783 6110 or email firstname.lastname@example.org. Refreshments will be provided.
