About the Course:

Aim: Equip staff and other supporters to help someone who may be at risk of suicide (or self harm) to create their individual safety plan, using the Suicide? Help! App.

Target Audience: Staff and others, including members of the public, who may encounter people who are at risk of suicide AND who have already (recently) done Suicide Prevention training e.g. SIPP, SMHFA or ASIST. It is important that a person has completed some suicide prevention training already so that they have already had the opportunity to talk about and explore the issues in relation to suicide.

IN advance of the training, please download the Suicide? Help! App to a device or visit the website, and familiarise yourself with the content – www.suicidehelp.co.uk
