Day opportunities are services and activities for adults with support and/or care needs and offer people the chance to take part in activities to meet their agreed personal support outcomes and remain independent. Day opportunities includes day care centres, groups and activities. Day opportunities are usually linked to activities in a building, sometimes called building-based services or can be community-based groups.
We would like to gather your views regarding current and future day opportunities across Angus and we want to hear from you to help us plan for the future. Angus Health and Social Care Partnership wants to work with you to develop a framework of day opportunities in Angus.
We would be grateful if you could take the time to complete the online questionnaire via the link https://forms.office.com/e/k6hTgwWNz9
