It can be overwhelming when you are seeking support. Please use these trusted resources to support your recovery. We have included a wide range of resources for choice, and you may need to look at several websites, books, or apps to find the one that suits you best.

Many people use mental health or mindfulness apps on a daily basis to maintain good mental health. Please do not try to use every resource available as this could be confusing and overwhelming.
