Angus Health & Social Care Partnership has now completed the roll-out of Care Opinion across Angus.
Angus Health and Social Care Partnership (HSCP) is committed to receiving feedback about people’s experiences of health and social care services in Angus and use this information to inform and improve services in the future
The roll-out of Care Opinion means Angus residents can now feedback on all local health and social care services such as:
- Minor Injuries and Illnesses Services
- Community Nursing
- Rehabilitation Services, for example Physiotherapists or Occupational Therapists
- Social Work Assessment
- Services and support for older people
- Services and support for adults with
- Community Mental Health Services
Gail Smith, Chief Officer of Angus HSCP said, “We welcome the opportunity to continue to improve services and am delighted the roll-out of Care opinion to all services has completed on schedule. To date we have attracted 119 stories that have been viewed 15,365 times in total. At 89%, the vast majority of feedback is positive. This tells us when we are doing a good job and this is a great boost to staff morale in challenging times.
“It’s really easy to tell your story. Simply visit the Care Opinion website and click the ‘Tell Your Story’ tab. Feedback can also be provided by calling the freephone number. Your experience will then be shared with the team who delivered your care and they can respond directly to your comments.
Care Opinion is the UK’s leading independent, non-profit feedback website which enables people to share feedback about their experience of services and suggest how things might be made better.

Feedback can also be provided by calling 0800 122 3135 and feedback forms will be available in hard copy from services for those who do not have internet access. Posters encouraging people to leave feedback will also be on display in services across Angus.
